Returns & Exchanges

At Olvia Rose London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form provided in your delivery is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized collection point or local post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
